Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to NICU and PICU patients using cutting-edge tech like high flow devices and Nitric Oxide
Evaluate and treat breathing challenges with advanced therapies and medication delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment
Provide coverage across units as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech documentation system
Skilled in high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servos, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
Critical thinker with strong patient care focus
Team player who thrives in fast-paced, adaptable settings
