Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory treatments to patients with breathing challenges like asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Manage advanced ventilators including Servo I, Hamilton and V60 machines
Perform critical procedures and evaluations to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians in a team-focused, high-volume unit
Utilize Meditech EMR to ensure seamless patient care documentation

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
2+ years of acute care hospital RRT experience
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced trauma-ready environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Servo I ventilators, nebulizers, CPAP and BiPAP machines
Strong Meditech EMR experience preferred
Trauma care expertise is a big plus
Critical thinking in high-pressure situations
Team player mindset with patient-first focus
