Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, full time schedules in 4-week blocks with 4 weekend shifts required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient-centered care on bustling Ortho and Med Surg units
Manage patient loads with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
Collaborate with PCTs, SNEs, and unit secretaries for seamless operations
Float to support inpatient units, CCU, and ED when needed - be the hero they call
Document accurately in Meditech while keeping patient experience top-notch

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required
Positive attitude, hard-working mindset, and strong teamwork skills
Comfortable with 6:1 patient ratios in a dynamic environment

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Med Surg and Ortho expertise
Patient assessment and bedside care
Team collaboration and task management
Meditech documentation proficiency
