Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to acute care patients in a 23-bed PCU unit
Monitor and manage patient conditions with 1:6 ratios on nights
Collaborate with dedicated team including HUC and PCTs
Utilize Cerner system for precise documentation
Float as needed to support the ED team

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of experience
BLS certification (must have)
ACLS preferred
ICU skill set requested

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner documentation
PCU and ICU patient care expertise
Strong acute care assessment skills
Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
