Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with speech and language disorders
Conduct bedside swallow studies and video swallowing studies
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
Collaborate with rehab team, including rehab aides and OTA/PTA
Utilize Cerner Powerchart EMR system for documentation

Qualifications

Current CCC-SLP certification
BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings
Preferred experience with trauma and travel cases

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Speech and language pathology
Rehabilitation principles and practices
EMR systems, specifically Cerner Powerchart
Bedside swallow studies and video swallowing studies
Collaboration and communication skills
