Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
Perform modified video swallow studies to assess swallowing function
Develop personalized treatment plans for adults and premature infants
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on communication and feeding strategies

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified video swallow studies required
Comfortable working with both adult acute care and NICU populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified video swallow study expertise
Adult inpatient acute care experience
NICU feeding and swallowing support
Patient education and family communication
