Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate inpatient speech therapy services to patients at Belton Regional Medical Center
Perform video swallow studies to assess and treat swallowing disorders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
Document patient progress using the Meditech system
Educate patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies

Qualifications

Current CCC certification required
Minimum 2 years of inpatient experience
Experience with video swallow studies
Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Inpatient speech therapy experience
Video swallow study proficiency
Meditech documentation system
Patient-centered care approach
