Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to neuro stepdown patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Advocate for patients during critical recovery phases
Implement treatment plans that truly impact lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in neuro stepdown or similar units preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical skills and compassion for patients

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro assessment and monitoring expertise
Patient care in stepdown environments
Effective communication with patients and teams
Critical thinking in high-acuity settings
