Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care for intubated patients and those on vasoactive meds
Manage recovery from open-heart surgery with precision and compassion
Monitor and support patients on advanced devices like Impella, IABP, ECMO and vents
Perform critical procedures including intubation, extubation and bedside interventions
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced 12-bed CVICU
Deliver 1:1 or 1:2 patient care tailored to acuity needs

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ year of experience
ACLS/BLS certifications required
Team player attitude ready to jump in

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in caring for intubated patients
Skilled in titrating vasoactive medications
CV ICU background preferred
Proficiency with device patients and high-acuity care
Familiarity with Impella, IABP, PrisMax, ECMO, Alaris pumps, vents
