Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care during high-risk labor and C-sections
Monitor and support mothers and babies through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
Assist with procedures such as inductions, AROM, IUPC placement, and fetal monitoring
Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, surgical techs, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes
Respond quickly and confidently to changing patient needs in a fast-paced L&D environment

Qualifications

Active RN license and at least 1 year of recent acute care L&D experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification
Preferred experience circulating C-sections and managing high-risk labor patients

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring and telemetry skills
Familiarity with Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and GE CPN monitors
Experience with Meditech and CPN documentation systems
Ability to work 1:1 with high-risk patients and 1:2-1:3 ratios depending on acuity
