Shift Type: Full-time NOC shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in a strong level 2 nursery setting with bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setup, and nebulizer treatments
Assist with intubations and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proven ventilator skills and NICU experience essential
Competency with bubble CPAP in a level 2 nursery setting

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Strong level 2 nursery and NICU experience
