Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care respiratory therapy to a variety of patients
Manage ventilators using Servo and 840 equipment with precision
Perform ABGs from A-lines and arterial sticks
Assist during intubations, rapid responses, and codes
Administer nebulizer treatments and monitor patient response
Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians as a true team player

Qualifications

Active RRT credential and Florida state license
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Strong critical care and ventilator management skills
Excellent assessment and communication abilities
Meditech experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and critical care expertise
Proficient with Servo and 840 ventilators
Skilled in ABG sampling and analysis
Comfortable assisting in codes and rapid responses
Team-oriented with a busy-unit mindset
