Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all respiratory therapy duties including ABG draws and EKG procedures
• Provide care across all age ranges from neonates to adults
• Work independently as the only respiratory therapist in-house when required
• Manage and operate ventilators like PB980, Hamilton C1, and V60 BiPAP
• Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists available 24/7

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapy License required at time of submission
• Certification as CRT or RRT (RRT preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• PALS and NRP certifications preferred
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass fit testing (no facial hair that interferes with mask seal)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Meditech EMR system
• Competent in ABG collection and analysis, EKG performance
• Experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care
• Ability to manage ventilators: PB980, Hamilton C1, V60 BiPAP
• Strong independent decision-making and critical thinking skills
