Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days: 36-hours per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver respiratory therapy services exactly as prescribed by providers
Collaborate with the care team to support patients' breathing needs
Monitor and adjust treatments to help patients feel their best
Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques
Document care accurately in Epic and manage supplies with Pyxis

Qualifications

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Current Ohio RCP license must be active before start
BLS certification from the American Heart Association only
At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Comfortable working with Epic and Pyxis systems

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of respiratory therapy protocols
Ability to assess and respond to patient needs quickly
Clear communication with patients, families, and the care team
Attention to detail when documenting in electronic records
Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
