Shift Type: 3 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients on the Acute Care unit
Monitor and assess patients with a focus on geriatric and swing bed rehab needs
Provide expert wound care and support healing journeys
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Document care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
Support a concierge-level patient experience in an affluent community

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS and CPI preferred
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Experience with geriatric or inpatient rehab patients preferred
Wound care experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working with Cerner documentation system
Ability to provide care in a 6:1 to 7:1 patient ratio environment
Adaptable to floating when needed
