Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care as the primary nurse in our Patient Care Unit
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Manage care for patients in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting
Ensure safe and effective treatment while adapting to unique high-elevation conditions
Build meaningful connections with patients and families in a close-knit community

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN
BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire)
PALS certification required
Ability to safely function in a low-oxygen, high-elevation environment

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as primary nurse in a rural setting
Comfortable with high-elevation conditions and mountain community living
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
EMR experience with Point Click preferred
