Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to progressive care and medical-surgical patients
Monitor telemetry patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, CNAs, and charge nurses to deliver excellent outcomes
Support quick-turnover patients with short stays and ensure smooth transitions of care
Float to other units as needed while maintaining exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Telemetry competency and progressive care experience
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring skills
Ability to care for mixed medical-surgical and step-down patients
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Positive, patient-focused attitude
Flexibility to float and adapt to changing unit needs
