Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties
Scrub in and assist during complex procedures including robotics cases
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient operations
Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to any changes during surgery
Document care accurately using the Epic electronic medical record system

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
Trauma experience required
DaVinci Robotics experience required
Strong scrubbing skills required
Epic EMR experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics procedures
Ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced OR environment
Comfortable floating to additional surgical areas as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
