Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics procedures
Scrub alongside surgeons using DaVinci robotics and traditional techniques to ensure smooth, safe operations
Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Manager to keep the 11-suite OR running efficiently through 30-40 daily cases
Document every step accurately in Epic so the care team always has the information they need
Float to the Walters unit when needed, bringing your expertise wherever it is most valuable

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or a compact license
BLS certification
At least 2 years of OR experience with proven trauma exposure
Hands-on DaVinci robotics experience
Proven scrubbing skills as an RN

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Epic documentation
Comfortable with a wide range of surgical specialties
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-volume trauma situations
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
