Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with call required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during neuro interventional radiology procedures
Monitor patients closely and respond swiftly to any changes
Administer sedation safely while ensuring patient comfort
Collaborate with physicians and the radiology team for seamless procedures
Educate and reassure patients and families throughout their journey
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Sedation experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to pass a pass/fail open-book exam during orientation with a 90% score

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro interventional radiology procedures
Patient monitoring and sedation management
ACLS and BLS protocols
Team collaboration and communication
Attention to detail and patient safety
