Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes across greater Sacramento county
Treat a diverse caseload including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
Help patients regain mobility and independence in the comfort of their own homes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervisors and care teams
See 5-6 patients per day while maintaining high-quality care standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (new grads considered in exceptional cases)
Strong clinical skills across multiple specialties including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric care
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Excellent communication and time management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Home health experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in various home settings
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Compassionate bedside manner with diverse patient populations
Comfortable with technology for documentation and communication
