Location: Tacoma, Washington

Start Date: 05-30-2026

End Date: 08-29-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional weekends, holidays, and limited call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Start and manage IVs to ensure smooth patient care
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology teams using advanced GE and Phillips equipment
Document imaging results accurately in EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
Active Washington state license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
Comfortable starting IVs and working independently

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear Medicine procedures and protocols
Stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI imaging
IV insertion and patient monitoring
EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
GE and Phillips nuclear medicine equipment
