Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during the overnight shift
Assess and monitor patient status, documenting changes accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
Respond to clinical emergencies and coordinate escalations as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — active license required
Experience and/or training in MST (as referenced in the posting)
Comfort working overnight per diem shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Current BLS certification required; ACLS and other specialty certifications preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring during acute and overnight care
Medication administration and IV management
Accurate EHR documentation and charting
Critical thinking, triage, and emergency response skills
Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines
