Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medical-surgical patients on a 36-bed unit
Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to cardiac changes
Perform wound care, Foley insertions, central line dressing changes, and drain management
Administer medications and manage IV therapies with precision
Collaborate with the care team to deliver bedside shift reports and hourly safety rounding
Build meaningful connections with patients while ensuring their safety and comfort

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact license
BLS certification required
IV certification required
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
Strong telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
Wound care and drain management expertise
Foley catheter insertion and central line care
Continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) experience
Meditech Expanse documentation proficiency
Patient experience focus with bedside shift reporting
