Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care in our Birthing Center supporting 150-180 deliveries monthly
Attend deliveries independently while ensuring safe outcomes for mothers and babies
Circulate in C-sections and assist with baby catching and transition
Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
Support high-risk patients including those with preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use concerns
Collaborate with 24/7 OB hospitalists, neonatologists, and anesthesia providers
Function across Labor & Delivery and Postpartum with routine mom-baby competencies

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience (1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments)
Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in C-sections
