End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, independent care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
Support moms and babies through every stage of the birthing journey
Collaborate with a close-knit team where every nurse backs up the others
Float as a helping hand to other units when needed
Respond quickly when the unit shifts from quiet to bustling

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license or eligibility for the 90-day emergency license
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong experience in L&D, Postpartum, Routine Nursery, and Intermediate Nursery
Ability to work independently across all areas of maternal-child care

Knowledge & Skills

Confident with fetal monitoring and reading strips
Comfortable stabilizing infants and transferring when needed
Skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Team-first attitude with a willingness to support wherever help is needed
