Location: Silverdale, Washington

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with weekend rotation every other weekend (days Sat-Sun, nights Fri-Sat)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic LDRP setting
Attend deliveries independently and assist with C-sections as a circulator
Monitor and manage high-risk patients, including titration of Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
Transition newborns and provide postpartum care for mother-baby couplets
Collaborate with a dedicated team including OB/GYNs, CNMs, and NNPs available 24/7

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience (1 year considered with multiple travel assignments)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Comfortable with independent delivery attendance and circulating in C-sections
No first-time travelers accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in L&D, Mother Baby, and LDRP nursing
Proficient in EPIC charting and Centricity Perinatal EFM system
Skilled in titration of Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips
Strong communication and adaptability to unit workflows and policies
