Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM rotating, 4 shifts per week, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float between ICU (24 beds) and PCU (26 beds) providing critical care
Titrate vasoactive drips including Levophed, amiodarone, heparin, propofol, and more
Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen devices
Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms, collaborating with monitor techs
Care for post-CABG, post-PCI, sepsis, DKA, and respiratory failure patients
Work alongside intensivists and hospitalists for comprehensive patient management

Qualifications

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proven Critical Care experience (ICU/PCU)
Ability to titrate drips and manage ventilators
Comfort with telemetry monitoring and interpretation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in titration of vasopressors and sedatives
Ventilator management and weaning protocols
Telemetry strip interpretation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
