Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and advanced monitoring equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery
Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing principles and practices
Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, ventilators, and IV therapies
Excellent assessment and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
