Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult and pediatric patients over 15 years old in a fast-paced Med Surg ICU
Titrate critical drips including vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
Monitor and interpret telemetry using Draeger heart monitoring systems
Collaborate with attendings, fellows, and residents to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float to inpatient units as needed while maintaining excellence in every assignment
Support neuro-interventional procedures and manage advanced therapies such as Impella, balloon pumps, and CRRT

Qualifications

Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Strong critical thinking skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn advanced skills such as ICP monitoring and hypothermia protocols

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry interpretation and centralized monitoring
Ventilator management from nasal cannula to full mechanical ventilation
Titration of critical medications and drips
Advanced hemodynamic monitoring including CVP, A-lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
Experience with neuro, cardiac, and multi-system organ failure patients
