Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, compassionate care to critically ill patients and their families in a 16-bed ICU
Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, CRRT, SLED, and advanced hemodynamic equipment
Assist with bedside procedures including central and arterial line insertions, chest tubes, and EVD placements
Float to med/surg units when needed, bringing your expertise wherever the team needs you most
Document thoroughly in Meditech while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and experience

Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
Comfortable floating to med/surg units when census requires

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care assessment and intervention skills
Experience with ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient acuity and staffing needs
Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
