Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously
Administer medications and advanced treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Advanced cardiac life support and code management
Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Team collaboration and patient advocacy
Comprehensive patient assessment and critical thinking
