Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
Manage cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and trauma cases with confidence and skill
Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and ED techs to deliver seamless patient care
Perform triage assessments and support fast-track patients when needed
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition using advanced clinical judgment

Qualifications

Active WA or Compact RN license required
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC certifications
Minimum 1 year of ER experience in a larger trauma setting
Epic EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ER and trauma assessment skills
Ability to manage vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen with RT support
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with 170-200 patients daily
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
