Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely interventions
Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a fast-paced setting
Document care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in New York
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC certification preferred
Epic experience is a plus
Minimum 75 miles from facility - no local contracts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with electronic health records, especially Epic
