Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with weekly weeknight call and every 3rd weekend call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EUS, and EMR/ESD
Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes per SGNA standards
Set up and operate specialized equipment such as ultrasound processors, electrocautery, and balloon catheters
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Collaborate with physicians and team to provide exceptional care
Manage call responsibilities for weeknights and weekends

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in endoscopy or GI lab
Strong circulating and teching skills for advanced procedures
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Ability to pass open-book exam with 90% during orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in circulating and teching for advanced endoscopic procedures
Knowledge of ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, Enteroscopy, and Endolumenal Surgery
Expertise in high-level disinfection and scope reprocessing
Strong attention to detail and adherence to infection control policies
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
