Shift Type: 4x10s with 1 weekday call plus every 4-5 weeks weekend call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate and tech advanced GI procedures including ERCP and EUS with precision and care
Manage specialized imaging catheters, sphincterotomy wires, and stents during complex interventions
Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound processors while assisting with fine needle aspirations
Set up advanced electrocautery equipment and snares for EMR/ESD procedures
Handle balloon catheters and specialized tools for enteroscopy cases
Assist with endoscopic suturing, stent deployment, and Endoflip device setup
Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes following SGNA standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Strong circulating and teching experience in advanced GI procedures
Comfortable with ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD, and enteroscopy cases
Willingness to comply with facility fingernail policy for patient safety
Ability to pass skills-based orientation exam with 90% score

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced endoscopic procedure support and equipment management
High-level disinfection and scope reprocessing expertise
Strong attention to detail during complex interventions
Ability to troubleshoot specialized GI equipment quickly
Knowledge of SGNA and manufacturer reprocessing standards
