Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients across all acuity levels
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 111 staff members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Perform critical procedures including splinting, EKGs, central line assistance, and rapid infuser management
Support trauma resuscitations and behavioral health de-escalation with confidence and care
Utilize advanced equipment like Alaris pumps, Belmont rapid infusers, and Stryker stretchers
Document efficiently in the MEDITECH EMR system while maintaining excellent patient ratios

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of emergency department experience
Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Preferred: MEDITECH experience, trauma background, holding inpatient experience, and CPI certification
Strong multitasking abilities with a team-player mindset and self-starter attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing procedures and trauma response
Behavioral health de-escalation techniques
Rapid infuser and airway support management
Central monitoring and cardiac care
MEDITECH electronic medical records system
