Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 10-13 hour shifts AM & PM, Monday-Saturday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care at Puget Sound Kidney Centers
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and outcomes
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and coordinate daily operations
Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications safely
Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
Participate in quality improvement projects that make a real difference

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact license
Current BLS certification with American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year nursing experience
Previous Dialysis experience required
Prior Acute or Ambulatory Nursing experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Dialysis expertise and patient care excellence
Supervision and leadership of clinical support staff
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to varying clinic needs across the peninsula
