Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications safely and monitor for adverse reactions according to facility protocols
Educate patients and families on managing their condition, medications, nutrition, and recovery at home
Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and specialized equipment to ensure patient safety
Respond swiftly to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care and clinical data
Apply hemodynamic monitoring, phlebotomy, and IV protocols with precision

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Washington or Nurse Licensure Compact state
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
NIHSS certification required
Minimum one year of critical care nursing experience in a hospital setting
Proof of right to work in the United States

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care nursing expertise
Skilled in patient assessment and medication administration
Proficient with hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-acuity situations
