End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage, weekends and holidays on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers nursing staff
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Enhance nursing competency through mentorship and hands-on leadership
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and hold care for optimal patient experience
Float to support other departments as a collaborative team player
Monitor and manage vasoactive drips and critical care medications
Read and interpret telemetry strips to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in clinical leadership
1 year of management experience preferred
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
CRRT competency required
Strong critical care and telemetry experience
Fluoro license for technical staff a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Vasoactive drip titration and management
Moderate sedation administration
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen management
Building positive team culture and enhancing staff competency
