Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to empower patients in their recovery journeys
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized care plans that make a real difference
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to celebrate every milestone
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for lasting independence
Maintain detailed records to ensure top-quality care in a supportive SNF environment

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility
BLS certification preferred
Ready for an ASAP start date

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundation in physical therapy techniques
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Team collaboration in skilled nursing settings
Knowledge of SNF protocols and documentation
