Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse mix of patients each day
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to create comprehensive care plans
Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through evidence-based interventions
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes
Support occasional acute inpatient needs when your expertise is needed most

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Comfort treating a wide variety of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative rehab team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education skills
Business-casual professional style (no denim)
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
