Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy that helps residents regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
Document progress and adjust care plans to meet individual goals
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement

Qualifications

Current PT or DPT license in New Jersey
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in evaluating and treating a variety of patient conditions
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility setting
Ability to create individualized therapy programs
Team-oriented mindset with excellent documentation habits
