Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to patients in acute rehab and acute care hospital settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
- Help patients regain mobility and independence through evidence-based interventions
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- DCI/BVP certification preferred
- Acute rehab and acute care hospital experience
- Ability to work every other weekend
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with acute rehab and acute care populations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
