Shift Type: Varies/Days, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional circulating support during cardiac surgery procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and care teams to ensure safe, smooth operations
Monitor patients throughout procedures and advocate for their comfort and safety
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for a variety of cardiac cases
Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 1 year of circulating nurse experience in the OR
2 years of ICU, PCU, or acute care medical-surgical experience
CVOR/Open Heart experience preferred
Scrubbing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery procedures and protocols
Ability to work confidently in fast-paced OR environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
