Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Design personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery goals
Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Empower patients and families with education and encouragement

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license required
Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
Knowledge of post-acute and rehabilitation settings
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to patient needs
Strong documentation and time-management abilities
