Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the unit
Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
Provide mentorship, education, and support to nursing staff
Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current RN license in California required
BSN preferred; MSN or related graduate degree a plus
Minimum of 2 years of ICU clinical experience
Previous management or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of ICU nursing practices and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical systems
