Shift Type: Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize care needs
Administer medications accurately and document according to facility policy
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
Respond to emergency situations with composure and follow resuscitation protocols
Provide patient and family education to promote health and recovery
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following infection control standards

Qualifications

Active California LVN license in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or acute care
Strong assessment and emergency response skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Dependable with a history of good attendance

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and documentation
Infection control and safety protocols
EKG, blood draw, and IV start procedures
Emergency response and resuscitation
Microsoft Office applications for record keeping
