Location: Bismarck, ND

Start Date: 08-10-2026

End Date: 11-09-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients around the clock
Manage PCU-level patients with a variety of cardiac and medical conditions
Titrate critical drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitro
Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions

Qualifications

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Minimum 1 year of PCU and telemetry experience
Proficiency in reading and interpreting cardiac strips
Experience titrating cardiac drips (Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, etc.)
Epic experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of cardiac medications and drip titration protocols
Skilled in telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
Ability to assess and manage PCU-level patients independently
