Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, typically 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in daily activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families
Support residents' emotional and physical well-being

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Maine required
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Compassionate and patient demeanor
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Must bring state or federal ID and wear photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Time management and attention to detail
Adaptability to changing resident needs
